Paid subscriptions (Pro, Premium) are processed via PayPal and billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You are communicating with AI-powered personas, not real people. AI responses are generated content and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, etc.) in chats. Messages are processed by third-party AI providers according to their respective terms.
Content must comply with our guidelines: no illegal content, no hate, no violence. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallPersona and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or any AI-generated content.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romanshorn, Switzerland. For consumers in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
